In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (henceforth GDPR), we provide due information regarding the purposes and methods of processing of your personal data, as well as their communication and dissemination. 1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is LG INTERNETIONAL SRL, with registered office in 07100 - Z.I Predda Niedda Nord Str.28.
2. Type of data processed and purpose of processing
In order to provide our services, we collect personal information (e.g. personal and contact data; navigation data) from the user. The type of personal information we collect is the data that the user decides to provide us with in order to use our services - specifically: name; e-mail address; telephone number - and navigation data.
The personal information provided by the user is used by the Data Controller in order to:

providing and managing services at the user's request (e.g. contacting/being contacted via a contact form; etc.);

responding to user requests (e.g. requests of a commercial nature; quotes, etc.);

3. Processing methods
Users' personal data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and confidentiality. This data will be processed with and without the aid of electronic and computerised instruments. Users' personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, the Data Processor, including external data processors, sub-controllers and/or persons in charge of processing. Users' personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, nor to any kind of profiling, except as provided for in points 6 and 7 below.
4. Legal basis of processing
A) browsing our website: Legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(f) and Recital 47: processing is necessary for the purposes of pursuing the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data are not overridden, having regard to the reasonable expectations of the data subject based on his or her relationship with the data controller. Activities that are strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of the navigation service on the platform.
B) completion of forms on our website to collect user requests: Execution of pre-contractual measures and/or execution of a contract adopted at the request of the data subject ex art. 6 letter b) and recital 44; consent of the data subject ex art. 6 letter a) and recitals 42 and 43.
5. Personal data
By personal data, we mean: any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; personal data allowing the direct identification of the person concerned.
6. Navigation data
During normal operation, the computer system used to operate this website acquires some of the user's personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interests, but by its very nature could, through further processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site; the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) rotation addresses of the resources requested; the time of the request; the method used to submit the request to the server; the size of the file obtained in response; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (e.g. error, successful, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly.
7. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file transferred from the server to the user's computer, the purpose of which is to inform the server about the user's access to that particular web page as well as to provide additional information that is derived from the system's readable parameters via functions contained on the web page. Cookies can be temporary or permanent. This site uses cookies to: keep track of browsing sessions in an anonymous form; improve navigation within the site; personalise services. These data are not communicated to third parties and are not subject to dissemination. The user has the possibility to disable or selectively accept the use of cookies, in which case some functions of the site may not be available and some web pages may not be displayed correctly.
8. Provision of data and refusal
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in dedicated areas on the Site. The provision of the user's personal data for the purposes indicated in this information notice is necessary in order to perfect the specific functions and use the services offered by the Data Controller through the Site. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to obtain the service requested or to use the services offered by the Site.
9. Communication of data
The user's personal data may be communicated, for the purposes referred to in point 2 of this statement, to the following categories of subjects:

10. Data recipients
The user's personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and unspecified persons in any form (e.g. consultation of data, making data available).
11. Transfer of data
The personal data collected by us for the purposes described in this Information Notice, will be communicated and transferred to companies and individuals located in other countries belonging to the European Union or in non-EU countries.
Any transfer of data to companies and/or third parties located in non-EU countries is always carried out within the limits and conditions provided for in Articles 44 et seq. EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR).
In this case, the user may obtain a copy of the conditions underlying the transfer by writing to the Data Controller's office indicated above.
12. Storage time of collected data
The Data Controller will process the personal data collected for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in point 2 of this policy. Subsequently, the user's personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for a period of time that may vary significantly depending on: the purposes pursued, the type of data processed (e.g. navigation data, personal information), legal obligations (e.g. tax, administrative, etc.). In any case, if it is no longer necessary to keep such data, it will be deleted/destroyed in accordance with the GDPR.
13. User rights
The user may at any time ask the Data Controller to exercise the following rights: art. 15 (right of access), art. 16 (right to rectification), art.17 (right to erasure), art. 18 (right to restriction of processing), art. 19 (obligation to notify in case of rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing), art. 20 (right to data portability) and 21 (right to object), art. 22 (automated decision-making and profiling) of the GDPR, may at any time request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, by submitting written notice to the Data Controller. The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). The data subject also has the right, pursuant to Article 34 GDPR, to receive notice from the Data Controller, without undue delay, of any personal data breaches likely to present a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
14. Methods of exercising rights
The interested party may at any time exercise the rights referred to in this statement and in general as provided for by the GDPR: (I) by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the Data Controller at the Company's registered office located in 07100 – Z.I Predda Niedda Nord Str.28.. (II) by sending an email to info@lginternational.it.
15. Consent to data processing
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) of the GDPR, the data subject hereby consents to the processing of his/her personal data within the scope, for the purposes and in the manner set out above. This consent is to be considered valid until revoked in writing in the manner described above.
16. Changes to this privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users on this website as well as, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to Users through one of the contact details in its possession. Therefore, please consult this page frequently, referring to the date of last modification indicated at the bottom.
If the changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the Data Controller will collect the User's consent again, if necessary.
17. Disclosure obligations for public disbursements
State aid and de minimis aid received by our company are contained in the National Register of State Aids pursuant to art. 52 of Law 234/2012
